There’s just something about a personal phone call. Even a Zoom meeting. When you are in a space to be yourself with one other person, it allows you to be free enough to learn.

We spend a lot of time mastering things: our jobs, our relationships, our hobbies, and our talents. But if you want to master - YOU - it requires space. And time. And a safe person to reflect back what you need to say, and hear. 1:1 Coaching is losing its lustre, not because it is ineffective, but because it’s not a great business plan.

Here, we set that aside and focus on you and your needs. Not because business strategy isn’t important, but you are more important. It matters to me that people have an opportunity to realize their untapped potential and walk in the purpose God created for them.

Do we always talk about God? No. But understand it is my viewpoint that all wisdom, understanding, and guidance comes best from your Creator, not me. He’s where I look to as a guide for all the conversations I have, whether He’s mentioned by name or not.
